We design, construct, and oversee your new or existing homes building projects for kitchens, bathrooms and other rooms in your home or business, blending beauty and functionality. Our design team can come up with spectacular ideas for your project. We can also build anything you have a picture of which you would like us to incorporate.
We do not build homes from the foundation up. We prefer to focus on later-stage projects. In most cases, this means renovating an existing home or coming in to finish work on a home that is near completion.
Our style isn’t grand—it’s grounded. From a home office and showroom, we bring a custom-builder’s touch to your project. Ex-builders ourselves, we show up with samples, meeting you on your terms. It keeps costs low, savings yours, and the experience sharp and personal.
We typically serve within 45 minutes of the Bourne and Sagamore Bridges of Cape Cod, while the majority of our business is on Cape. From start to finish, Keith and his team chase perfection in every detail, fueled by their passion for the craft. Talk to us today; if we can’t help, we’ll find who can.

Yes, the estimate is completely free. We start with a brief 10–15 minute phone consultation, followed by a free in-home visit. During the visit, we’ll assess your space, discuss your goals, review materials like cabinetry, countertops, flooring, backsplash, and windows, and provide a detailed, line-item estimate at no cost.
Below is a typical example based on a kitchen remodel. While each project is unique, the overall process remains consistent:
Step 1: On-Site Consultation
We begin with a complimentary consultation at your home or project location. During this visit, we’ll review your goals, discuss materials such as cabinetry, countertops, flooring, backsplash, and windows, and provide a detailed, line-item estimate at no cost.
Step 2: Design & Planning
If you choose to move forward, we require a design deposit of up to $1,000, depending on project scope. This amount is credited toward your final project cost. Our team will begin crafting your custom design.
Step 3: Showroom Presentation
Within 1–2 weeks, you’ll be invited to our showroom to review your 3D design, see a finalized quote, and explore samples of doors, cabinet finishes, hardware, countertops, tile, kitchen and bath remodels, and more. Our showroom also features a full home theater and finished interior/exterior displays. Designs are adjusted based on your selections and feedback.
Step 4: Delivery & Installation
Cabinetry is typically ready within 2–6 weeks. Once delivered, our team completes the full installation — including cabinetry, countertops, electrical, and plumbing, flooring, windows, structural beams, and more. Ensuring your home is fully functional.
Payment
Payment is made by direct ACH wire, personal check, or cashier’s check. Your initial design deposit is applied toward the total project cost. When placing orders for materials 50% or more of cost will be required at time of order. Ongoing timeline charges invoiced and due at milestones in the project detailed in the final quote.
Subcontractors
We coordinate and manage all subcontractors on your behalf—including electricians, plumbers, countertop suppliers/installers, and more. You’ll communicate only with our team, and all related payments are made directly to us. We handle disbursing payments to subcontractors for you.
Any and all construction related needs for a new home, and remodeling project. Custom built-in Shelves, cabinetry, movie theaters, custom-closets, Bathrooms, you name it.
Yes, plus all other construction, flooring, tile, plumbing, and electrical related needs for your project. (For a full list see the ‘What do we do?’ FAQ question on this page)
As licensed General Contractors we handle EVERYTHING related to your project. Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, Flooring, Cabinets, Demolition, you name it. Our team will do the majority of the work and we sub out some of the specialty work to trusted professionals.
Yes, if structurally feasible. This is something we do on a regular basis. We consult and receive approval from structural engineers to comply with building code requirements.
Our process isn’t rushed—it’s precise. With Keith steering every step, a typical kitchen remodel spans 4-8 weeks, shaped by your project’s scope. We fine-tune it all, start to finish, for a seamless fit. Talk to us today for your anticipated timeline.
You will be without a functioning kitchen for at minimum 3 weeks. We can discuss with you based on your project what factors would increase this time frame. Most customers remain in their homes, establishing a temporary area with a table, silverware, microwave, etc. Some choose to relocate to another residence, while many prefer to stay during construction. Rest assured, whichever option you select poses no burden to us.
*If hardwood floors requiring refinishing are installed, you may need to leave the home for one night.
We hate delays but they happen. One thing you will see working with us is we strive to communicate. We, for example, will let you know an answer to a question one way or another. Many companies do not get back to people. For us it is important to get back to you as quickly as possible with regard to any questions you may have. Communication is key on both ends to keep the project going as steadily as possible.
We’re happy to work with your existing contractor and even the occasional bold DIYer, acting as designer and supplier. Contractors often appreciate that Keith is also a General Contractor; it leads to an easier working relationship for both parties and is rare in the industry. With regard to projects which we are managing locally though we do suggest you utilize our subcontractors who are loyal to us.
We are here to offer suggestions based on our experience but it is your space so we encourage you in the end to select what you desire. We select materials based on what you share with us, offering samples and 3D renderings of your exact space—colors and textures included—taking the guesswork out of what you are going to receive. Our top aim is a space you’ll love for years. We typically source everything ourselves, but some clients bring their own, fully or partly. It’s case-by-case—we’ll guide you to the best fit.
Yes, if suitable for the project.
Our design isn’t forced—it’s yours. With a designer’s eye and a craftsman’s skill we proceed in creating a great space… We’ve carefully hand-selected samples from our extensive collection of thousands for you to view at our showroom.
Yes, every kitchen cabinet, and piece of trim, countertop layout, etc is custom designed to your unique space and needs.
Yes, we blend new designs with existing styles. We have had some challenging scenarios to achieve this very thing. For example with the famous ‘Pink House’ in Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard. A project that is far outside the norm, and tests us when it comes to making renovations that enhance the home without clashing with the existing nature of the structure.
We believe we cover the full spectrum with three lines of semi-custom cabinetry: inset, full overlay, and modern (frameless). Inset is our specialty within the semi-custom lines, offered at no additional cost above our full overlay and frameless options—a rarity, as inset and beaded inset typically cost 30-40% more industry-wide. We’re also excited about our stock full overlay cabinet line, available in 1-2 weeks. While it offers fewer options than our semi-custom lines, it delivers exceptional value with all-wood materials. We stand confident in the quality of this line and all our cabinetry offerings.
We guide you through countertop options. We have an exceptional long term working relationship with our countertop fabricator/installer. We will send you to their enormous warehouse which displays many samples at very realistic pricing. We also offer no charge for “sink cutouts” which are approximately $200- $250 at the majority of countertop suppliers. If you have a few bathrooms as well as a kitchen, these savings can really add up.
We guide you to sinks and faucets with care, not guesswork. Too many options look great but fall apart in months—we don’t want to come back to fix something any more than you want to call us for repairs. To avoid that, we recommend durable, great-looking options that feel solid, just like our cabinetry.
Knobs and pulls aren’t just hardware—they’re the jewelry for your cabinets. We primarily work with Top Knobs and Hardware Resources, tapping into their 4500+ ever-evolving designs to find the perfect accent. We also source unique options, ensuring that final touch transforms your space’s character.
Our finishes aren’t standard—they’re versatile. From gloss, satin, and matte to glossy solid acrylic paints you can see your reflection in, or countless stains that let the natural wood grain be appreciated, our custom finishing partner can do it all. High-heat ovens cure every finish for a durable result that lasts decades.
We assess your kitchen’s needs with a sharp eye, not assumptions. If new appliances make sense we will recommend them. We will also recommend the type of appliance(s) which are popular and which will make a significant overall design/functional impact. For most of our local customers, we send it to a local appliance company. We also send you to a salesperson we work with on a regular basis. Working with our regularly utilized salesperson assists in a smoother overall project.
Our pricing is simple, not bold. Updates start at $20,000, full remodels often exceed $50,000 with premium materials. We’ll flag potential surprises—like hidden structural issues—upfront, planning together.
Everyone has a budget limit. You might be surprised what’s possible.
Yes, but in most cases it’s really a ‘better-match’. We can source almost anything and price match, but oftentimes what you are looking for a match on may not be the best option. We love showing you quality that tops higher-priced options, tailored just right. You’ll see the value, not the compromise. Talk to us today to find out more.
